311 Citizen Service Request Submission
Please be advised that this citizen service request form is for non-emergency service issues only. Should your service request require immediate attention, you should dial 911 as you normally would. The resolution process on 311 non-emergency service requests would begin within two business days of your submission. Please remember that City of Dyersburg offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Service requests submitted after the close of the business day will be reviewed the next day, and service requests submitted Friday evening or during the weekend will be reviewed on the next business day.
